PUBLIC NOTICE: ZONING HEARING - JUNE 4, 2020
The Clay Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold the continued hearing for Case #646, Furnace Hills Retreat, which began on March 5, 2020, and advertised on February 19, 2020 and February 26, 2020, and continued due the COVID-19 emergency. The meeting will be held at the Clay Township Municipal Building, 870 Durlach Road, Stevens, PA, at 6:30 p.m. on June, 4, 2020. Physical attendance will be limited to those wishing to participate as a party and every person in attendance must wear a face mask and comply with all safety protocols for social distancing recommended by the CDC and state and federal agencies. Any person refusing to comply may be denied entry. A member of the public wishing to participate remotely via Zoom will be provided information upon request. Contact the Township by phone at (717) 733-9675 to receive the zoom and participation information.
