Building Permits
Building Permits are required by the Township for fences, sheds, pools, patios, new structures, remodeling, renovations, as well as sign installation, highway occupancy and septic systems. If you are planning a project or have questions, you should contact the Clay Township Zoning Officer prior to commencing work.
